Anna is the Co-Founder & CTO of Searchlight. Searchlight is a Series A company backed by top-tier VCs including Dan Levine (Accel) and Keith Rabois. Before Searchlight, Anna worked at Google, McKinsey, and Uber in product management, business consulting, and software engineering roles. She has a BS & MS from Stanford in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, where she was Class President and a lecturer in Ethics and Artificial Intelligence.
Exited founder/ceo of Searchlight (W19, AI SaaS for recruiting, acquired by Multiverse). Built v1 as an engineer, then became the #1 salesperson. Love chatting about 0 to 1 for both product and sales, and the intersection between the two. SF-based, LA-original (the 626). Moved to the Bay for Stanford (MS Computer Science).
