Founders
Raphaël is the co-founder and CEO of Foaster. At 11, he grew a tennis fan community to 400,000+ people. At 18, he joined Rafael Nadal's team as an agent. He later became a TEDx speaker at 23 and built a public audience around consulting, writing essays that accumulated hundreds of thousands of views. Before Foaster, Raphaël and his co-founder Alexandre ran their own AI consultancy. They recently co-authored two of 2025's most viral LLM benchmarks, reaching 12M+ views.
Alexandre is the co-founder and CTO of Foaster. Before Foaster, he built Répondia, where AI agents handled 60k+ customer calls for major restaurant groups in France. More recently, he and his co-founder Raphaël co-built two of 2025's most viral LLM benchmarks, reaching 12M+ views and being shared by leading figures in tech. They spent the last year running their own AI consultancy.
