Callie led in-orbit operations for the first made-in-Alberta satellite (launched 2017), accumulating over 100 hours of experience commanding the spacecraft in real time. She was Project Manager of the Ex-Alta 2 satellite mission at the University of Alberta for nearly 3 years, where she reported to the Canadian Space Agency and secured over $100k in grant funding for the mission as a student. She holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics Minor.
