Teams can't reliably reproduce and debug AI agent failures from production because the exact state, data, context, and tool interactions that caused the failure are hard to recreate safely.

Solution

Playgent provides high-fidelity sandbox environments for AI agents packaged as a single MCP URL that can mock tool calls, abstract auth, initialize test data, and export runs as OTel traces.
