Lauren Dachille is a former member of the Recruitment and Selection team at D.C. Public Schools. She spent several years working on state-level teacher quality policy through the non-profit StudentsFirst. Lauren received her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she studied social entrepreneurship and founded Nimble, and her B.S. in Human Development and Education from Cornell University.
