Personalized prevention using genetics and AI
Genetic testing labs and healthcare organizations lack an integrated, secure way to manage population genetic data and generate disease-risk insights and standard genetic inferences without heavy technical effort.
HaploHub is a SaaS platform that hosts and analyzes genetic data, predicts disease risk using genetic models and AI, and runs common genomic inference workflows (e.g., phasing, imputation, IBD) with no-code reporting tools.
